You can delete your WordKeeper account and the personal data linked to it at any time, from inside the game or by email. Uninstalling the game does not delete your account.
Delete your account in the game
- Open WordKeeper and open the menu.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
The deletion starts at once. You are signed out and your progress can no longer be restored.
Delete your account by email
If you no longer have the game installed or cannot open it, email theverbarium@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account” and include:
- your username;
- the device model the account was played on, and roughly when you last played;
- if you made purchases, the order ID of one purchase from your Google Play or App Store receipt.
We use these details to confirm that the account is yours before we delete it. We reply to confirm the request and again when the deletion is complete.
What is deleted
- Your username and player ID.
- Your progress: chapters, stages and best rounds.
- Your heroes, keepsakes, ink, chests and all coins, gems and energy, including items you bought.
- Your ranked tier, season history and duel history.
- Device and installation identifiers linked to your account.
- Crash and analytics data linked to your account.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records (order ID, item, price, date): kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. They are no longer linked to a playable account.
- Support emails: kept for up to 2 years after the conversation ends, unless you ask us to delete them too.
- Backups: deleted data can remain in backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.
- Aggregated statistics that do not identify you, such as how many players finished a stage, are kept.
- Information needed to handle a legal claim or a fraud or cheating case that is open when you ask, until the case is closed.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Data held by Google Play, Apple or Google AdMob is controlled by them; you can manage it in your Google or Apple account and device settings.
Purchases and refunds
Deleting your account does not refund purchases. Items you bought are deleted with the account and cannot be restored. If you want a refund, ask Google Play or Apple before you delete the account.
Delete only some data
To delete only some of your data, for example your support emails or analytics data, without deleting your account, email theverbarium@gmail.com and tell us what you want deleted.
